- The slots will run from 12:00pm – 5:00pm
- They will be from 5 – 30 minutes long depending on your requirements
- PA Systems and announcements will be provided
- The performance area is 23m x 40m
- Toilets and a small changing area will be provided
- Your names will appear in our publicity, on our website and in the event brochure
- The site will open at 7:00am so slots are available for rehearsal until 9:00am when the ground opens to the public
- Due to limited parking all vehicles will need to remain off site
- Water and squash will be provided to all performers and crew
